A Snob

I am a snob. Not all the time. Because there are certain things that drive me crazy and there are some things that I don't skimp on.

For example, when I am having a conversation with a highly educated person who seems to have a tight grasp on the English language and they use the word 'aKs' instead of 'ask', in my mind, they suddenly become a dumb ass.

Conversations with people who don't have a good grip on the English language frustrate me. If they stop me to ask what the definition of a word is, or I see their eyes glaze over, I quickly end the conversation. If you can't keep up, stay on the porch.

It has to be Jif peanut butter and Smucker's jam. 'nough said.

Bottled water is a must, because who knows what's really in the tap water, and I almost exclusively buy Ice Mountain spring water.  For two reasons: it comes from a spring in Michigan, and it just tastes better because it comes from a spring in Michigan. (Also because the bottles they use for packaging don't affect the taste.)

The best milk in the country comes from Michigan cows where it is processed and packaged locally.

The best apple cider (EVER) comes from Michigan apples and is also processed and packaged by the same company.  (Don't forget the cider doughnuts!)

The most recent delicacy I found is bread made with Traverse City, Michigan cherries. That's not snobbish; the taste is just amazing!

Most importantly, the HCA. Part 2.
